1-1 Therapy
I help women heal from difficult relationships while building their confidence and creating boundaries so that you can live a life, you’re happier with.
If you’ve experienced difficult relationships, it can impact how you connect and relate to others. Trusting people—or even yourself—often becomes a struggle, and a tendency to people-please can begin, as it feels like the only way to stay safe. This can knock your self-esteem and self-confidence and, before you know it, you’re questioning every decision you make…
I’ve spent time healing from difficult relationships so I can genuinely understand the feelings you bring to therapy. In our sessions, I will help you learn to prioritise yourself and treat yourself with love and kindness.
When your relationship with yourself improves, your relationships with others will improve as well.

Thoughts From a Therapist
Something I encourage clients to do is to write, when we have feelings stuck inside, finding a creative outlet can be so helpful. I’ve found getting my thoughts out into my blogs has been a therapeutic outlet and if you would like to read my thoughts or maybe find some helpful information or answers to questions you might have, click the button below

Supervision
As a supervisor, I’m passionate about helping you grow in confidence as a practitioner, while ensuring we’re always keeping your clients at the forefront of the work we do. For me, the relationship we have together is key so that we can bring the whole of ourselves into the supervisory relationship.
After years of thoroughly enjoying being a counsellor, I developed a real joy of working with student counsellors and realised I loved being a small part of their journey into the world of therapy, after a few nudges from my own supervisor, I decided I'd like to be able to offer supervision to students as well as therapy.
I’m able to offer supervision to both training and qualified counsellors however, I have a particular passion for supporting training and newly qualified therapists either on placement or who are at the early stages of private practice.
I offer a free 30 minute zoom to offer us a chance to see whether we’re the right fit for one another.
If you’d like to work with me, please fill out this form and I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
About me
I became a counsellor after having counselling myself and realising I wanted to help people in the same way I’d been helped.
Having experienced my fair share of difficult events throughout my life, I’ve developed a passion for helping women step into their power after facing traumatic relationships or events which have left them feeling lost and disempowered.
I love helping people to see how the past can influence the present but that we do not have to be tied to it anymore.
Together, we can process the pain of the past and learn healthier ways of navigating through your day to day so that you can go on to live a life that feels manageable.
Whether you’re coming to counselling to deal with your anxiety or depression or to learn what a healthy relationship looks like
I will work with you, at your pace to help you feel less anxious, grow in confidence and build happier and healthier relationships so that you can live a life that you enjoy and start to be kind to yourself again.
